So You Think You Can Dance Finale Winner announced!!

The 3rd season of So You Think You Can Dance concluded last night when Sibahle Tshibika from Khayelitsha was crowned the winner during the live hour and half season finale on SABC 1.  Sibahle received the most votes and danced off with the cash prize of R250 000-00. Fellow finalists Charlie van Rooyen from Ormonde,  Robyn Brophy from Roodepoort and Chris Van Staden from Germiston were eliminated as the host Sinazo Yolwa revealed the voting results.  “Winning the show is a dream come true and one of the best things that has ever happened to me,” said a very emotional Sibahle.

It’s heating up on Mzansi’s ever-popular TV Show, So You Think You Can Dance, with only 4 dancers left in the competition. These extraordinary movers shook their bodies through routine after challenging routine, and have emerged as the most dextrous, daring and downright dynamic dancers in the show. But it’s far from over, and there’s still some intense rivalry and testing tasks left before a winner is announced in the grand finale on Saturday the 9th of November, aired on SABC 1 at 18:00, and not in the usual 18:30 timeslot.

The third elimination on Mzansi’s most scintillating dance show So You Think You Can Dance took place last night (Monday 14th October) and (Dudu) Phumzile Nkabinde from Clayville and (William) William Constable from Troyeville have been voted off the show.  No doubt their supporters will be sad to hear this news, but there is no shortage of talent in the  10 contestants that are left on So You Think You Can Dance.  What viewers can look forward to is even more marvellous moves, a touch more pace and a bigger dose of blood, sweat and tears. Now the pressure is really on – two competitors are out and it is all to dance for in the season’s coming weeks.
